As a new employee, you will spend time in orientation and training learning about all the various departments within the firm and also receiving instruction on the various hardware and software packages we use. In addition, the firm provides mentors, more experienced professionals, who assist as new people transition into their life at Wolf Greenfield.

Your training will not end after your first week of employment, but will continue with group and individual sessions throughout your tenure. New technology results in more training on a regular basis, but we do not limit our professional advancement to that. Experts in their field are invited to present “brown bag lunch” sessions where interesting and informative topics ranging from investment or interviewing techniques to CPR to emotional intelligence or other “soft skills” are presented.

Those desiring “brush ups” or information on new techniques in IP benefit from the presence of our firm trainers who work with employees one-on-one or in groups. As other needs are identified, professional trainers are retained and scheduled to educate those wishing to take advantage of their expertise.

In addition, our generous tuition reimbursement policy makes it easier for employees to pursue their own educational goals.
