Prior to joining Wolf Greenfield, A.J. worked as a professional programming intern at IBM/Lotus where he was chiefly responsible for identifying and resolving bug fixes in Lotus Notes. He also built and maintained databases to track departmental work and calculate statistics on programmer workloads, and aided in the construction of tools to streamline and automate building of hot fixes and patches.
A.J. also worked for the retailer Christmas Tree Shops where his main focus was developing a client/server application to calculate sales and inventory statistics for planning purposes. He oversaw the project from the planning stages through documentation and roll-out.
