Christina M. Licursi
Christina Licursi focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and litigation, including proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She counsels and advises clients and international associates on a wide range of intellectual property matters including branding strategies and protection, pursuing and resolving trademark and copyright infringement matters, right of publicity, licensing issues, and domain name disputes. She also negotiates and drafts intellectual property agreements, including licenses, coexistence and settlement agreements, and assignments and asset purchase agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina worked as an associate at Conn Kavanaugh Rosenthal Peisch and Ford, LLP, of Boston, MA, where she assisted partners with various transactions, including entity formation, sale of companies, and trademark registration. Prior to her associate position at Conn Kavanaugh, Christina worked as an intern for Inverness Medical Innovations, a law clerk for Donovan Hatem, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Nonnie S. Burnes. In addition to her legal experience, Christina has experience as a project manager, finance manager, operations supervisor, and customer relationship manager.
While completing her Masters at Tufts University, Christina worked as a research assistant at Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development, where she looked at trends in post-marketing commitments and their impact on drug development.
