David WolfDavid Wolf has over 50 years experience in IP law, including extensive trial and appellate experience in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation, and appearances before the U.S. Supreme Court and federal courts throughout the country. He also has expertise in handling large patent and trademark portfolios and licensing for a variety of the area’s leading corporations. David has been on the faculty of the ABA Trademark Trial Advocacy Program and the Massachusetts Bar Association Institute, testified as an expert in several patent cases, and served as an arbitrator in various intellectual property right disputes. David was the Managing Partner of the firm for approximately 30 years and thereafter served on the firm's Executive Council.
