Edward F. Perlman
Ed Perlman has over 30 years experience in patent and trademark matters with a primary focus on trademark and branding issues worldwide, including the selection, clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation of trademarks and trade dress for companies of all sizes. He has particular expertise in the development of patent and trademark licensing strategies, including the negotiation and preparation of license and other proprietary agreements.
At the beginning of his legal career, Ed was a Deputy Assistant Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
