Eric G. J. Kaviar
Eric Kaviar assists the firm in the areas of trademark, trade dress, patent, and copyright litigation.
- Assisted in drafting variety of briefs in connection with patent and copyright litigations.
- Assisted in drafting settlement agreements and contracts licensing IP rights.
- Assisted with presentations for settlement conferences.
Eric interned with Wolf Greenfield during law school. His other co-op internships included serving under the Honorable William G. Young of the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts, clerking in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and working at a Boston litigation boutique.
While in law school, Eric held teaching assistant positions in a legal practice course and a constitutional law course. He was also selected for research assistant positions, assisting professors with the research and preparation of forthcoming law review articles on various intellectual property law topics as well as the preparation of a U.S. Supreme Court case.
