Representative Matters
- Represented entrepreneur in domain name dispute in which client prevailed and retained ownership of domain name.
- Assisted in pro bono immigration case which resulted in client being granted asylum in the United States.
- Assisted in researching and drafting briefs for patent and trademark litigations.
Previous Experience
During law school, Eric served as a legal intern for a Boston immigration law firm where he assisted asylum applicants. He also spent a summer working for the consumer protection division of Neighborhood Legal Services in Lawrence, MA. Before attending law school, Eric worked for several years as a laboratory technician for Merck.
