George L. Greenfield
George Greenfield has broad experience in the areas of patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, product clearance, and litigation, with particular experience in the fields of mechanical engineering and medical products. George was a shareholder of the firm for over 50 years, and was responsible for the patent and trademark needs of many of the firm's major corporate clients.
- Represented major manufacturers of motion furniture, disposable plastic food service ware, child safety products, and beverage dispensers in all phases of intellectual property including patent and trademark prosecution, product clearance, licensing, and litigation.
- Successfully tried one of the very first patent infringement suits before a jury in Massachusetts.
George was an examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office before entering private practice.
