Nicole Davis
Nicole Davis assists clients in litigation and patent prosecution matters, with particular emphasis on mechanical technologies and medical devices.
During law school, Nicole worked as a Summer Associate at Wolf Greenfield, where she prepared patent applications, responded to office actions, and worked on several litigation matters.
Before attending law school, Nicole was a Biomechanics Research Engineer at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. There she developed and conducted biomechanical testing for projects including the combined role of augment stems and wedges on constrained condylar knees, fracture healing and the rate of bone growth under loaded conditions, and the efficiency of Chrysalin for acceleration of tendon healing. She also contributed to the development and validation of a three-dimensional marker set to study elbow kinematics using motion analysis. Nicole also was a Product Test Engineer in Advanced Concepts at The Rockport Company.
Nicole is a member of the Order of the Coif.
During law school, Nicole served as Managing Editor of the Boston College Journal of Law and Social Justice and as a Teaching Assistant for the legal writing program.
