Nicole focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation matters before US District Courts, the US Patent and Trademark Office, and the International Trade Commission. She has experience representing clients in a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, electronics, 3D printing, mobile messaging and audio recognition services. Nicole also prepares and prosecutes patent applications for mechanical and electrical technologies.
Before attending law school, Nicole was a Biomechanics Research Engineer at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, where she researched orthopedic implants, motion analysis systems for the shoulder and elbow, and mechanical properties of bone and soft tissue. She was also a Product Test Engineer in the Advanced Concepts Group at The Rockport Company, where she researched gait biomechanics and shoe technologies.
During law school, Nicole was a Teaching Assistant for the legal writing program and the Managing Editor of the Boston College Journal of Law and Social Justice.
Nicole is a member of the Order of the Coif.
