Candidate Sourcing Specialist

The Candidate Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for developing strategies for sourcing, attracting and hiring attorneys and technology specialists as well as leading programs that increase Wolf Greenfield’s visibility with potential employees. 


  • Work closely with the Recruiting team to create marketing strategies.
  • Create and implement strategies to raise the Firm’s visibility through recruiting events, sponsorship opportunities and our social media platforms.
  • The ability to analyze data and create targeted candidate outreach based on that data.
  • As part of the larger recruiting team, collaborate with practice group leaders to discuss hiring needs and strategies to target qualified candidates. 
  • Maintain and develop our digital recruiting platforms including NALP and First Hand.
  • Work with our Client Services team to regularly update the content on the careers page of our website.
  • Further develop our external communications to promote our brand in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion team to communicate the Firm’s diversity hiring strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist the Recruiting team to further relationships with Career Services team, affinity groups and recruiters. 



  • Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred. 
  • A minimum of five years of recruiting and/or marketing experience in a law firm or other professional services organization is strongly preferred. 
  • Experience in creating and implementing marketing programs for recruiting purposes. 
  • Understanding of the attorney recruiting process and law school recruiting cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively with internal leadership and employees at all levels of the firm.
  • Previous experience using social media and analytics tools such as Leopard Solutions. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills are required, as is the ability to complete important content-related tasks on short notice.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, realign priorities and work independently to drive projects to completion. 
  • Highly motivated and creative with the ability to make sound business decisions.

In this typical office setting, an employee will encounter standard office equipment and any noise associated with that equipment. The noise level is usually quiet to moderate.  The office setting of Wolf Greenfield requires the ability to manage multiple work priorities along with frequent interruptions.
