Scott McKeown will participate in a panel titled “IPR Today” as a part of NYU Law’s event titled “Rethinking Patent Prosecution, Review, and Litigation.” The day-long event will explore how the patent system’s operation in practice compares with its intended design. In addition, the panels will cover how well the initial examination process works, and how the IPR and 101 system functions at a number of levels as well as the status of current proposals for reform.
