Wolf Greenfield Wraps Up Another Successful Good Deeds Month

Wolf Greenfield recently concluded its annual month-long campaign of fundraising and volunteerism, focused on supporting non-profits and community groups serving the Boston area. Dubbed “Good Deeds Month,” the philanthropic initiative illustrates Wolf Greenfield’s commitment to fostering charitable giving and community engagement.

For the fourth year in a row, Wolf Greenfield raised more money than any other law firm in Boston for the annual Greater Boston Legal Services (GBLS) Associates Fund Drive. The firm raised more than $64,000, enough to employ a full-time lawyer at GBLS for a year. Led by associates Sardiaa Leney and Chelsea Loughran, every single associate, counsel and technology specialist at the firm contributed, with the firm’s shareholder group providing matching funds. The drive benefits the GBLS Family Law Unit, which provides free legal services to help families overcome difficult circumstances, move on with their lives and become self-sufficient. There were 52 firms participating this year.

In addition, throughout the month of June, 66 Wolf Greenfield attorneys and staff volunteered their time at the homebuilding organization Habitat for Humanity and Cradles to Crayons, an organization that provides children in need with essential items to help them thrive. More than 50 of the firm’s employees also participated in the Lawyers Have Heart 5k run on June 8, an event that benefits the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association.
