Libbie DiMarco Recognized as an “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

We are pleased to announce that Libbie DiMarco, Associate in our Litigation Practice, has been recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of their “Up & Coming Lawyers.” Each year Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly celebrates honorees for excellence in pro bono, legal journalism, marketing, firm administration and paralegal work. Libbie will be honored at Lawyers Weekly's annual Excellence in The Law Celebration on Thursday, May 13, 2021.

Libbie DiMarco is known within Wolf Greenfield and outside of the firm as a passionate, exceptional lawyer who excels at finding solutions. Libbie represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent litigation in district court, at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and at the International Trade Commission (ITC). Outside of her billable work, she frequently writes on International Trade Commission and Inter Partes Review (IPR) issues and trends in publications such as the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property, IP Litigator, Intellectual Property Magazine and ITC Trial Lawyers Association’s 337 Reporter Monthly Round-Up. Libbie regularly presents about these topics as well, having most recently provided presentations to the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s (AIPLA) International Trade Commission Committee and the American Conference Institute (ACI). Libbie is active in several leadership roles, including serving as the vice-chair of the AIPLA ITC committee, and she is also an active member of the ITC Trial Lawyer’s Association. In addition to excelling in her litigation practice and thought leadership endeavors, Libbie also makes time for pro bono work. She has led a pro bono case against ICE, the Department of Homeland Security and a variety of individuals involved in the inhumane treatment of her client during his immigration detention in 2016. Over the last year this case has moved through discovery, depositions, and is looking ahead to a 2021 trial.
