Wolf Greenfield Ranked by Managing IP As a Top Law Firm at the PTAB in 2020

Managing IP has named Wolf Greenfield the 11th most active law firm in representing petitioners before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) in 2020 and the 25th most active firm overall (representing petitioners and patent owners). In addition, shareholders Rich Giunta, chair of Wolf Greenfield’s Post-Grant Proceedings Practice, and Nathan Speed were both ranked among the top 20 most active attorneys in the nation when representing petitioners. 

The Managing IP rankings come on the heels of other prominent rankings for Wolf Greenfield’s Post-Grant Proceedings Practice. In 2020, Wolf Greenfield was ranked among the best performing and most active law firms for inter partes review (IPR) for the fourth year in a row in Patexia’s IPR Intelligence Report—the firm ranked 4th among all law firms for best performance representing petitioners and 5th for best overall performance.
