Nicole Davis Amar focuses her practice on patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright litigation.
Nicole was a Summer Associate and began her legal career at Wolf Greenfield as an associate in the mechanical technologies and litigation practice groups. She prepared and prosecuted patent applications in various technologies, with particular emphasis on mechanical and medical devices. Nicole was also a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP for three years before returning to Wolf Greenfield.
During law school, Nicole was a Teaching Assistant for the legal writing program and the Managing Editor of the Boston College Journal of Law and Social Justice. Before attending law school, Nicole was a Biomechanics Research Engineer at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York where she researched orthopedic implants and bone and soft tissue mechanical properties. She was also a Product Test Engineer in Advanced Concepts at The Rockport Company where she researched gait biomechanics and shoe technologies.
Nicole is a member of the Order of the Coif.
