Libbie DiMarco manages complex IP litigation and advises clients across a broad range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, data storage devices, mobile and other electronic devices, medical devices, and chemical products and processes. Libbie has extensive trial experience in district courts throughout the country, at the International Trade Commission, and in front of the PTAB. Libbie also handles intellectual property enforcement proceedings before the ITC, as well as at the United States Customs and Border Protection. Libbie frequently presents and authors articles on ITC developments and best practices.
After law school, Libbie clerked for the Honorable James Duggan of the New Hampshire Supreme Court until his retirement, and served under Chief Justice Linda Dalianis, Senior Associate Justice Gary Hicks, and Associate Justices Carol Ann Conboy and Robert J. Lynn on a rotating basis for the remainder of her clerkship term.
Libbie was recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of their “Up & Coming Lawyers” in 2021. Each year Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly celebrates honorees for excellence in pro bono, legal journalism, marketing, firm administration and paralegal work.
In addition, Libbie is named to the list of Massachusetts Rising Stars by Super Lawyers.
Libbie received the President’s Volunteer Service Award in recognition of a significant commitment to volunteer work. In law school, she received the three-year Social Justice Scholarship for demonstrating a deep commitment to social justice.
