Jeffrey Harrigan assists the Mechanical Technologies Group in patent prosecution. He is particularly skilled in finite element analysis, computer-aided design, advanced manufacturing inspection methods and Six Sigma statistical quality control. Jeff also has extensive knowledge in the areas of aerospace, mechanical engineering, additive manufacturing, and process engineering.

As part of the Quality Engineering Development Program at Pratt & Whitney, Jeff guided FAA audits of production facilities, disclosed regulatory findings to the FAA, inspected jet engine fan blades using automated through-transmission ultrasonic imaging, thermal acoustic imaging, metallographic sectioning and microscopy, and determined the root cause and corrective actions for manufacturing defects.

Jeffrey is a World Champion in acrobatic wingsuit skydiving and United States Parachute Team Member since 2016.
