Kevin Mosier focuses his practice on patent litigation.
While in law school, Kevin was a Note Editor and member of the Article Selection Committee of the Suffolk University Law Review. Kevin also worked as a teaching assistant for first year contracts courses. During his first year summer, Kevin served as a judicial intern to the Honorable David H. Hennessy in the United States District Court, where he conducted legal research and prepared draft decisions and legal memoranda in all phases of civil and criminal litigation. Kevin was a summer associate with Wolf Greenfield and assisted the litigation team with current and prospective client matters including research, preparation of briefs and motions, CLE and training presentations, as well as pro bono work.
Prior to law school, Kevin worked for the Massachusetts Board of Medicine, where he assisted the Board and General Counsel with licensure enforcement proceedings and conducted research concerning safe prescribing policies and practices related to opioids, medical marijuana and other controlled substances.
