George Stamatopoulos is based out of our New York office, and focuses his practice primarily on patent litigation and post-grant proceedings. George has litigated patent infringement actions across a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, mobile communication devices, semiconductors, memory devices, and computer software. His experience includes trial before the International Trade Commission, fact depositions, oral argument at a Markman hearing, and the successful filing of a petition for inter partes review of a pharmaceutical composition patent.

While at New York University School of Law, George was a scholar in the Mitchell Jacobson Leadership Program in Law and Business and served as Editor-in-Chief for the NYU Journal of Law and Business.

Before joining Wolf Greenfield, George was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
